Today we had celebrated International Yoga Day organised by physical education department. We had two chief guests, Mr. Jayakumar and Mr. Dhanush from Isha Yoga Centre.
They had given lot of information about yoga and it's benefits and they even taught us two yoga, yoga namaskar and naadi sudhi. They played a video about Isha Yoga Centre. By looking at the demonstration we also performed yoga along with the chief guest.
After that prize distribution took place. We also got prize for quiz competition conducted on behalf of international yoga day.
In the afternoon session we had a orientation on school internship. Our principal mam gave us some instructions regarding school internship.
Rangoli competition was also conducted. Three teams in our college had participated.

Then we had an exhibition of the art words done by NVKSD College and NVKS school students. 
In the next session we did some exercises in the ground under the leadership of Dr. Kannan.
