Events : Bhim Jayanthi celebration

     

April 14 is celebrated as Bhim Jayanthi as April 14 is government holiday we had celebrated it today itself. For that we had a talk about him and then we watched a video on biography of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar. First year B.Ed students organised the events.

     After that the session was handovered to media club members. They played the video of photographs taken inside our campus by our college students.

Then they also distributed the prizes. First three winners and then three consolation prizes were given. I felt proud that I am one among those three. I was gifted with a cartridge foundation pen.

     Then the students of second year English optional published their handwritten manuscripts. 

     At 11.15 we had demonstration class. Miss Reshma of NVKS School, Attoor came and taught us how to teach grammar to students. She took types of sentences. She covered all the minutes tactics in teaching. She explained everything clearly.

     Our college Women's Cell and Red Ribbon Club organised a program, Gynaecology and Menstrual awareness for women. Dr. M. Santhi, MD of Rathna Hospital came as resource person. This programme was actually organised for first year student teachers especially for womens. Second year student teachers were also there. Some of our parents also joined with us. My mom also came there. The session was very interesting and informative. She spoke everything short and sweet and in simple language. The session was very useful for us.
